How do I purchase items through a live sale? 

Live sales are hosted through my Instagram page @creepygirlemporium. Once on my page simply tap on my profile picture and it will take you to my live stream. You will know I am live when my profile picture says "LIVE" at the bottom. During the live sale if you see something you would like to purchase, type into the comment box "MINE" or "SOLD" along with the item price and letter written on the sticker on the bottom of the item once I’ve shown it. (Example: MINE/SOLD 28F) Whoever comes up on my screen first will be who the item goes to for purchase.

Instagram can be tricky sometimes and lag or block comments. Often multiple people will try to purchase the same item, so please keep in mind you will always appear first on your screen. However, I go based off what I see on my screen. 

TIP: when watching the live stream be close to your WiFi router in order get the best connection and when you want to claim an item try using a lot of emojis to help your comment pop up and not get blocked!

I claimed items from your live sale. Where do I checkout my items?

Thank you for shopping my sale! Now that you've claimed some items, I must type up everyone's individual listings and post them to this website. When your listings are ready you will receive a DM with the direct link that will take you to the "Live Sale Basket" page. If you are a private account, please message me first so that I can contact you. Please allow 1-2 days for all the listings to be posted. When you get to page look for the listing with your username. (Example: Live Sale Basket @creepygirlemporium)

Add that listing to your cart, pay, and then you're all set!

Checking out/purchasing someone else's box will result in automatic blocking for future sales. 

Exclusions: International orders will be checked out through PayPal. 

When are your live sales? 

There is no set schedule for live sales. They are often done once a week. Please follow my Instagram page @creepygirlemporium in order to stay up to date with Live Sale Announcements. 

I can't make the live sale; can I message you to purchase items? 

Absolutely! I also have many items available outside of the live sale posted on my website. 

Can I switch or put back items that I claimed during the live sale? 

I kindly ask that you do not remove or swap any items that you have claimed during the live sale. I have this rule because it is unfair to someone who may have wanted that specific item and missed out. Please be 100% positive that you want something before claiming it. Once you place your bid for the item you are taking responsibility to purchase the item. Please claim responsibly.

I want a special piece but can't afford it in one payment. 

I now offer payment plans through Sezzle! To start a payment plan, choose Sezzle as your payment method at checkout, and it will automatically set you up on a payment plan according to their policies.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! If you are an international customer who would like to purchase, please send an email to customerservice@creepygirlemporium.com and we can discuss shipping rates. International transactions will be completed via PayPal. 

***Currently only shipping to Canada

How long is the process and shipping time? 

Process time depends on current workload. For items purchased solely from the website allow 2-3 business days to process and 3-7 business days to ship. (Expect shipping delays due to COVID-19).

For live sale listings allow 1-2 days for your individual listing to be posted. Allow 3-7 days to process and ship (Expect shipping delays due to COVID-19).

When your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number sent directly to the email address you provide

What delivery courier do you use? 

USPS

Can I return/exchange an item? 

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

My package never came in. 

If you have not received a tracking number in your email 3 days after completing your transaction, please send an email  to customerservice@creepygirlemporium.com. There is an option to add insurance for an additional charge at checkout that will cover lost packages, called Route. If you decide to opt out of adding insurance, I cannot offer refunds or store credit for stolen/lost packages and tracking numbers with a status of "Delivered". If this is the case for you, please reach out USPS for assistance. 

If you added insurance to your order and the package was lost in the mail, please go to the link below to file a claim:

My item came damaged.

Shipping your items carefully and safely for their long journey to their home is one of my top priorities. There is an option to add Route insurance to your package for an additional charge that will cover any damages. I do not offer store credit or refunds if a customer has opted out of selecting Route insurance at checkout. 

If you added insurance to your order and an item came damaged in the mail, please go to the link below to file a claim:

Something is missing from my package. 

I try my best to ensure that nothing is missing from your packages, but I am human and make mistakes sometimes! If you notice that something is missing from your order, please send an email to customerservice@creepygirlemporium.com and I can help locate your item and send it you with free shipping! :) 

I was using my item and it broke/become damaged. 

I am so sorry to hear this, but unfortunately, I cannot offer store credit or refunds for items that become damaged once they are in use.

My live sale listing is gone. 

I allow 24 hours to pay off your live sale listing. Once the 24-hour window has expired, your listing will be canceled, unless otherwise discussed. If you would still like your items but have missed the 24 window to pay, please email customerservice@creepygirlemporium.com with your Instagram username and I can see if those items are still available. Repeat non-payers are at risk of being blocked from future sales. Please be responsible and considerate.
