Creepy Girl Emporium does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

At Creepy Girl Emporium, we take great pride in ensuring each item is properly packaged to make it home safely to its new home with you. 

- Please  be sure to see each item clearly before claiming to ensure you are satisfied with its quality and condition.  

- If an item is damaged, lost, or stolen, please file a claim with USPS. I have no control over what happens to your package once it has been dropped off at the post office. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please let us know after the live sale.

- Please ensure that the address you provide is correct; I am unable to provide refunds for orders that were delivered to the wrong address.
